This will allow the top to dry a little and therefore the cookies will bake up (forming the famous foot, or otherwise it will bake outwards, making flat cookies. Hell yeah. I love macarons so much that Ive decided to go crazy and open a small macaron business. Just ordered all the ingredients and equipment to practice at home and I plan to spend the next 6-12 months failing miserably lol. The best part about making macarons is the endless variety of flavors and color combos you can come up with. I already have an entire notebook full of ideas.

How do you get stiff peaks? I tried everything and different types of mixers (not the Kitchenaid) and I can never get them stiff I use room temperature eggs and add sugar slowly till it is well combined but I fail every time Can someone tell me like the exact amount of time you mix it to get stiff peaks?

I macaroons so much I need to eat one so badly I need what I need when they need when I need one Ive never tasted one not unless I have before but I dont think I have any du macaron I love them I heard that they said that they know that they taste the best

Use NATURAL food dye instead of that nasty shit. Its easy to make, plenty of instructional vids on here to do it. You do NOT want to taste macarons with store-bought black food dye. Blech.

I dont think Ive ever had a macaron before, I might try one of these recipes if we have the ingredients for it, usually have to ask my mom before I go on a wild cooking spree

So what if they messed up editing? Its just a small clip thats not even one while second long. Its not a big deal, even editors mess up sometimes.
