You know, when you think about this: They've already decided what food to make, right? And they get this guest, sit down and have a nice little theatre, like So, what food do you like? thing. It is a little weird. Also, you know the food prep takes around 3-5 hours for these and there is no way they are making the guest wait for that long so, the first discussion part must be filmed right before the actual food comes. It is kinda strange to think about. Maybe you should find an alternative way to handle guests etc.

I am in awe of the fact that he was able to keep the mozzarella sticks hot enough for the epic cheese pull. Nothing worse than room temperature fried cheese.

for the onion ring i wouldve used a ring cake form. just fill it and you get the most uniform ring possible and a small motif too depeding on the form
