I Recreated Chipotle's Queso Blanco Recipe // Sponsored By Chipotle Victor: I have always wanted to know how to make the kind of cheese dip that is served with soft pretzels, like the kind from the local fair or carnival. I can never find the right cheese. Nothing fancy, just the cheese sauce. Does anyone know what I mean? Whenever i look for it or try to make it, it never works out. Is it a secret or something?

After such a long break it there a little less of her real element. It feels like she's joking less and smiling less and the smile doesn't seem as carefree as it used to be.

Having worked at Chipotle, let me just tell you that our queso comes from a bag. I'm sure hers tastes much better! I personally didn't like ours but both my brothers did, so I guess it just depends on your taste.

Young lady, very nice recipe ma'am, looks very good. 1 tip, when making your corn starch slurry as a thickener, use cold milk in place of water & will keep the queso richness even better.
