Cheddar and Black Pepper Crusted Tomato Tart
Steve Logan: Looks great, may i suggest slices of what are called beef steak tomatoes, sweet, firm, and perfect for a tart, if you can find them, they are not that rare to find and are delicious, best bet is to find them at a farmer's market, or a place where they sell fresh produce on the roadside.
