Make Shrimp Toast For A Dim Sum Feast Steve Logan: Nice shrimp recipes, since you did not mention it, i recommend wild caught shrimp like gulf shrimp vs, farm raised shrimp. There is so much more flavor in the wild caught even though it cost a little more, it is well worth the money in my opinion. Farm raised shrimp or any seafood that is farm raised, fish, etc, is very bland in my opinion, even when marinated or seasoned well, just a tip folks.
