Drew i just had to say my son is 13 and you are his guru. Lol we are moving to Nevada in july from Chicago and i am recreating your bedroom for him. Its grown up and still fun. Won't cost me much and will make us both happy. My son is a July baby as well. July 18 he will be 14. Thanks again for all your inspiration!

Love the coat rack, if you cant build a big enough closet, these are so much better, because small closets waste room by just the studs and drywall. You can get a zipper cover for the whole rack of coats. Love the sink outside the bathroom. Someone can still use the sink if someone is in the bathroom.

you could staple some white or offwhite canvas on the foot end of your bed, so you can see the beautiful timber frame and hid that you store your suitcases under your bed: )
