I saw in the video where you stuck the candle into the cement and then couldn't get it out again. From what I have seen in other videos and from my own personal experience with it, cement doesn't adhere to plastic really. Maybe next time try wrapping the candles in saran wrap before placing into the cement. Just a thought. Love the content and your vibe!

im just now seeing this video. btw. i love it. about your cement candle holder. when you're done burning them. just be careful and melt the remaining of the candle wax out or if you want to use them for other candles before you're done burning them. just cut them down to the cement and then melt the remains out

This may get lost in the sea of numerous comments but you should try plastic wrap with the cement and candles. That may work. Because of your donation I watched those darn commercials. Oh! my fave was the last project.

I want to thank everybody for watching today's video to help make a larger donation to the CDC Foundation! Also, let me know which project was your favorite! I would love to know!

Mold release available in craft isle or store. OR any vegetable oil or Lemon Essential Oil around the cancel or whatever u dont want to stay permanent in the cement.

I used to make patio stones using spring form baking pans. I applied vaseline to the edges for easy release. It might work with the candles.

You're a rock star for supporting the CDC even with all the bs going on at that time! A lot of respect and gratitude for all you do!

Your very creative! Did you try wrapping the bottom of the candles with plastic wrap so they come out of the cement molds?
