As you know, my design style is constantly evolving and Im always switching up my dcor! This past week, I decided to make some changes to my living room and dining room. What started off as a little fire place mantle DIY turning into a pretty big refresh. I wasnt planning on doing much to the dining roomuntil I found the most amazing vintage dining table that I had to have. What do you think of the refresh!

You may consider putting the Iarge pot on roIIers or feIt to keep it from scratching the hard wood fIoors if moved in cleaning. AIso you can use Iarge pieces of foam to stabilize the cement bucket inside the pot or raise the height. Then back fiII it with large pine cones. You Iive in CA get those large sugar cones and back fiII to hide the inside void around the tree. AIso acts Iike an air freshener.

Stumbled across your content and am in love! It's so nice that you have a designated space in your home that you can pull pieces from! It's so cool than you can freshen up and/or redesign your spaces at a minimal cost - comparing to gutting an entire room and starting over! Definitely something that I'd like to implement, especially for those days that I've got a whim for change!

Hey Drew, you should try taking j crows (5%) iodine with water for insomnia. I personally found this supplement really helped me as its a nightmare to live with (I literally put about 4-5 drops in 1/2 glass of water about 30 mins before I go to bed. Thought it would be worth suggesting! Bar that, loving your decor vibe and taking lots of tips - so thank you!

Glad to see you back. I think this is actually one of my favourite makeovers. I was a little dubious about the black fireplace and I still kind of feel some of that detailed moulding could be highlighted more but it absolutely gives that room more depth and contrast. Your new table is so lovely I can see why you had to have it.

Ahhh it feels so nice to upload this morning! Today's video has a bit of a different feel to it. I tried out a new editing style that just seemed right in the moment of creating this video. I'd love to know your thoughts and if you'd like to see more videos in this style!

Great mix of warm and bright tones. I am warming up to the cooper color on the bookcase, balancing white accents helped. Great call on staining the cane. And, I think the mirror with the candles sconces is fantastic! The two rooms are so cohesive.

I loved the color you used in your dining room. I was looking for that color here in Mexico but unfortunately Benjamin Moore paints are not sell here: . Love your style and makeovers! you are an inspirarion for me

Perfection! Love the room even more! Excellent decisions on the black fireplace, staining the wicker on the long table, blanket over the sofa, and you got a steal on the price of that huge pot! Love it!

I love this! My favorites are the picture over the fireplace, the new plant pot - what a great deal! The rug changes and the amazing dinning table! Looks like it's made out of railroad ties!

Just want to tell you that the best advice I ever heard to help anxiety was to join a boxing group and learn to box. It is a fabulous workout, and you sleep like a top.
