You guys have to picture your spine, then move it and feel where it is youre bending. Studying Occupational therapy has helped a lot with my art as well, the knowledge of the muscles, the bones and ligaments really helps. But stand in front of a mirror and observe.

Nice one Proko! you addressed most of the issues i was curious about! Shame non of the students used a pencil though? this thats the biggest criticism i would have, well not really a criticism, just think they're missing a trick.

Im still learning but, to get the the distance between the pelvis and the ribcage u can also put the Cranium inside. Like the the Hale Proportions? Hope the suggestion is right
