if you dont want to flatten your image to colordodge just duplicate all the layers and merge the duplicates to one layer, its just one more layer on which you than can colordodge as much as you want. Thats the way i usually do it.

you know you could just duplicate your layers and flatten the duplicates, but then keep all your separate layers grouped and hidden; D
