I like your drawing. Still don-t like the force analogy. Even if the body is a tensegrity system. Is there force at the surface though? Yes I suppose I have to admit, there is isometric force big time, especially below the surface of the skin. Retained force. Can-t get tied up with analogies. Good drawing. I think I will break out my Conte crayon after watching you.

2: 54 is ASIS. should not be referred to as a -corner of iliac crest. -. Beginners will get confused and think it is iliac crest. Better described as ASIS or anterior superior iliac spine. Proko DID teach me a lot of things that come out at the wierdest times. Thanks Proko for another Force video.

I'm sorry I just don't understand. I wish I did, it seems like key. I just feel like my brain is too small or something. Does shadow exist in the reality matrix of force? How can I emphasize movement with all the contrast and then also apply shadows?

I have difficulty drawing the figure without drawing the head first, for a point of measurement and reference. I've heard instructors at Watts talk about dedication to the line, which seems to mean the same thing as drawing with force.

loved the constant reminder of -form follows function-! human bio graduate here trying to brush up on drawing skills, and this is definitely the first fundamental they teach us when learning anatomy. really great video!

Force is one of my favorite art/drawing/anatomy books of all time. Man it's so beautiful, clean, and just beautiful. I would go nuts if the author had an entire online course we could take.

That was brilliant. This is really going to help me move my work forward. He explains things just as fluidly as he draws them - a real master
