Reaching out for help! I live in a senior mobile home community the garden spaces aren't monitored and there in no recourse if there is a problem, the owners will shut down all gardeners usage of the property. My problem is 1 of the gardeners has sprayed my garden with weed killer, I hosed with water until the beds drained hoping to wash out the spray. I have replanted and now they have been sprayed again 2 times in 1 week. My question is, will I have to replace all the soil or just keeping flushing the soil with water, so when I am able to plant without getting sprayed again, my plants won't die from residual in the soil. I am desperate, there isn't time to start from seeds, I am in Orange County CA zone 10b. I watch you all the time, learn something all the time and can't get enough of gardening, Eric and Jacque and the guests are all amazing. TY

I've been getting a lot of these types of videos on social media where someone that knows what is doing on a particular topic goes out of its way to let you know what he/she is doing and you should too.
You probably know (since you are making this video, but I really appreciate this format since it feels like a neighbor that REALLY knows what it's doing and giving you advice on how to improve
I'm also from across the border (Tijuana) so all your advice can (in most cases) apply for my zone as well!

Watching you thin peaches makes me sad over our crop loss this year. The same January cold snap that completely wiped out the grape harvest here in the Okanagan BC ( aka Napa North ) also decimated the tree fruit industry. So no peaches on my tree this year for the first time ever. But being that I only have one tree, I know so many people are much worse off, and at least I can still enjoy his shade

4: 36 She isn't kidding about the zone 4 thing. This area of the Midwest definitely gets pretty cold in the winter. Working at a local nursery, they treat everything here like its zone 4 so that everything is hardy even in the occasionally severe cold days. Works very well in my experience. I'd say this microclimate reaches down past Dubuque and stretches over to Galena at least.

For all of us over here in the UK: 1) Prepare to battle a never ending horde of slugs eating our seedlings. 2) Refuse to surrender in the face of certain defeat, deploying beer traps, and hunting hiding places by day, torches and big tweezers by nights. 3) Rejoice in the demise of the slug army and watch everything flourish!

I would love to see guides for what to plant when to have veg and fruit production (almost) all year round in different hardiness zones. I’m a relatively inexperienced gardener in zone 7a and would love to know what needs to be planted when so there is production most of the year. Thank you for your fantastic videos!

Fingers crossed that the garden isnt too bad off once I can get back out there in June. I got a lot of mulching and work done early this year, and the kids are doing the strawberry harvest and planted peppers and tomatoes this week.

How do you deal with the all the wheat that grows as thick as grass with that garden straw mini, I put it all over this year and I spend all my time having to pull out the grass growing blade by blade. It’s aweful

You have some leaf curl on your peach tree Kevin, too late now but just as the tree starts budding next year you should spray it with a copper solution to prevent it, also on leaf fall as well. Using copper is organic.

Kevin, our timing is way different, but we typically have something called June drop where the trees drop excess fruit set. Do you have something similar, and do you thin fruit before or after that point
