Backyard Farming: 2 Year Market Garden Update of Nature's Always Right Farms

Many of you remember my first video with Steven Cornett of Nature's Always Right. His farm, located in his 1/4 acre backyard, is a well-thought out and beautifully run market garden here in San Diego, CA. The first time I went to his place was the first time I'd seen someone farming in backyards, or really urban farming in general. Steven's techniques were pretty advanced back then, but now he's evolved as a person and a farmer and his garden game is on another level

It is not necessary to build a greenhouse that takes up valuable space. Just follow the Good work of the late Dr. Ann Wigmore and grow your microgreens organically in lots of soiled base flat trays indoors and on your condo balcony and save a fortune over time. Thank You Gardener Holistic Chef Barry Anderson co-founder of the Garden Villa Phuket Thai Nature Retreat on the resort island of Phuket Thailand. However, Americans can learn a lot from this video and to learn and to make massive actions to live more off the grid.

Hello, I have 7acres of land in SoCal and I want to make sure I start things off right. I have had great sucess with container gardening over the past two years. I am really excited to get started my new home purchase. Thank you for teaching us how to become gardeners.

The two of you together just might be too much lol. Such valuable information! I think someone should touch on the topic of farming/gardening while renting. Most people would love to start but don't own any land. Thanks again for your time and knowledge.

You should watch Jeb Gardener he figured out a way to hydroponically grow microgreens organically with worm castings it's very simple doesn't require any air pumps and it produces a cleaner product because there's no dirt involved

Hi Kevin, this is Saeed here from Australia. I really loved the video and the concept especially. Just need to get more info on how to start such a setup for business when you dont have your own land.

Steven sounds and acts just like a friend of mine who is also named Steven. It's so weird to watch this video, and not see my friend's face on your body. Great video, and thanks for the insight!

Nature's always right: These passionfruit sell for $0. 50 a piece, so quite expensive!
Me: WHAT. You have clearly not seen prices for fruit in places that have real winter.

I do no till organic all you need is to get a few really big tarps and some heavy stuff to hold them down and within a three-month period You have a nice plot of usable dirt

I'm a bit late to this video, but I was wondering what the purpose of putting the loops over the farm beds? Is it to just visually help with the bed spacing and walkways?

I saw your photo in a recent Gardener's Supply Company catalog of the newly completed design of your previous backyard. Loved the video showing the transition.

What about zoning for your property? Is your zoning area friendly? Obviously, it must be, but, how can people find out for themselves whether their area is?

I would like it better if you interupt more and allow yourself more time to talk, the guy who was being interviewed talked way too much more than you.
