Today I'm making dried flower pumpkins for the flower stand and added berry shrubs to the garden! Winging: Hi an unusual berry plant is pyracantha. I was at Lowes a few years back and they had one espalied on a trellis and it looked so pretty. Now the thorns on it aren't for the faint of heart but the orange berries are beautiful. What I did with that idea from Lowes was to get a one gallon plant and put it on my chainlink fence on the gate entrance side panel I weaved it in and have trained it flat on the fence, it now covers the whole panel of an otherwise unused space. It really pops in the fall. I'm sure the berries would look great in arrangements if you could deal with the thorns. PS I love those pumpkins orange are my favorite.

Everything looks so beautiful. I love that you're adding shrubs with berries. Not only will they give winter interest, but they'll really come in handy for arrangements, too. That bindweed is terrible, I really struggle with it, but unless you can get to the roots, it will just keep coming back. Several years ago I was digging anyway, and we kept going until we got to the mother root, and I think it was almost as big as my forearm. Everything looks wonderful, though, you guys have done an amazing job! I'd love to hear what happens with the mini pumpkins, so cute

Absolutely beautiful Everything you create is so pretty.
Our weather was horrible in my area. It rained almost every day from July to September. I lost so many flowers that do not like too much rain. Others mildewed and rotted. Been a very stressful growing season. I wasn t able to collect but just a few flowers to dry. This was very disappointing as I just began growing flowers to dry this year. Will try again next spring and take measures to insure a better success with my flowers.

I love, love your dried floral pumpkins! It s really hard to choose between the two color s. I think if I had to choose I would pick the white ones. However I would probably buy a few of both Your home and garden are both so lovely. I am jealous about your cup and saucer vine. Mine was a big fail. Keep those videos coming. I really look forward to all of them. I am in zone 5 Illinois. Happy gardening!

I LOVE those pumpkins! I'd buy them in a heartbeat, both colors. Inspired me to try this myself! Your garden is so beautiful - do you habe a full tour video? If not you need to do one please! As for berries, my fave here in south Texas is American Beautyberry. Beautiful bright purple berries in the fall that birds love.

I love the mini dried flower pumpkins so much. I'm sure they're all going to sell. You did a great job, the pink and blue for me. I absolutely love berry plants and have so many in my garden and feel you can never have enough.

I love berries in my beds also. One of my favorites is Pearl Glam Beauty Berry that puts on a beautiful show of purple berries in early Fall. Your little pumpkins are adorable, I would buy one of each color!

While the white pumpkins are beautiful, I am more drawn to the orange one. Love the fall colors and the feverfew really pops on those. What a gorgeous view from your garage windows.

Great idea! Need to see an empty pumpkin. Did you have to cut them and scoop them out first? Are they real? Are the flowers fresh or dried? Do you need oasis? Robin in NC USA.

OMGosh, those little pumpkins are just too stickin' cute, hope they sold out. I have a gooseberry that gets the most beautiful lavender colored berries, it's really lovely.

I m more drawn to the white pumpkins with the pink tones BUT, the fall colors just suit the season. I d have to buy both and place them in different parts of the house.

I like them both equally. Thanks for another great idea. Good luck with the sale. The garden view is wonderful. I felt like I was standing at the window myself.
