Hi Shawn, Re health issues perhaps look in KETO way of eating. You are practically there just no maple sugar, no flour, no potatoes (though you can have sweet potatoes) they kick off insulin.
Also the peculator coffee pot is for four servings, you drink that in one cup which will play havoc with your adrenals.
Protein, fats, veggies and berries is the way to go.
Just a suggestion. ;)

Of course you will need power tools from time to time. Whilst it's lovely, to do things the old way, and that is something we need to preserve, but using power tools when necessary, is no crime. Yes it's noisy, but occasional use, is OK.
