I Love duck! My favorite dish. I make it with a side of (Sweet)cabbage and dumplings(steamed bread) same way my mother makes it but the way you made it looks just as amazing.

Wonderful video. I wish I can experience that different kind of climate living in a log cabin. The weather in South East Asia probably too hot for this kind of experience.
