The President has full authority to change the name of National landmarks. Just like Obama changed the name of Mt. McKinley to Mt. Denali, and Trump changed it back. Totally in his authority to do so, as well as legally binding! The legal name is Gulf of America, like it or not! Don’t like itelect another President in the future and change it back. Until then that is its legal name!
