In this catch clean cook video, we go fishing from land in our backyard canal! Catching a lot fish species including an invasive exotic clown knife fish also known as a clown featherback. Exotic aquarium fish we decided to eat for the first time! I show you how to clean a fish, how to fillet a fish. Then we cook fish to see how it tastes. First time, surprising results!

I've never eaten a Gar but I know that they are full of bones. A friend of mine says that they make fish balls out of them in Louisiana. The Clown Knife might be pretty good made into fish balls Louisiana style. I have eaten the Green Iguana and it was pretty tasty they marinated in banana ketchup and wrapped in bacon. Mmmmm

I will be down in the Keys come March. I was wondering what's running for offshore fishing during the month for March. I plan on doing fishing on my Seadoo. I have set it up for fishing and looking forward to March and doing some fishing.

Very bonny fish. You got to be careful. The best way to cook it is to scrape off all of the meat with a thin spoon and make fish cake out of it. Spice it up with grounded lemon grass and curry sauce.

how does some one with such small arms as you catch so many huge fish makes me laugh watching you catch huge fish then some big bloke cry and scream and shout catching the same fish you do.

Fish with lots of bones are good to smoke (if they are oily fish) and then pressure cook/can to break down the bones. Fish cakes are another option.
