Brian, cooked carrots have as much digestible starch as a potato. Remember, if it's sweet it has carbs and calories. Was diabetic 10 years ago and got my A1C down to 5. 3 in three months and haven't been above 6 ever since. Doctor asked me what I did and I simply answered, I stopped eating carbs. I switched carrots for potatoes in my pot roast and my blood sugar shot through the roof, uh oh? Raw is fine because you don't digest most of them. Also try Dreamfield's Pasta because out of 43 grams of carbs per serving you only digest 5 grams. The pasta is bound to fiber so you don't get the carbs or calories, you can have moderate amounts of good tasting pasta! I was so happy I could have spaghetti. Also for fish tacos try Romaine lettuce for the tortilla/wrap instead of the 100 calorie flour tortilla. I am not considered diabetic anymore by cutting 90% of my carbs. It wasn't as hard as I thought it would be.

I am watching this as I get my desk together at work for the day and you guys brighten the mood better than a cuppa coffee! Love the video and I got to say I am a huge fan of triggerfish! One of the best eating fish out there!

Did some research! Grey triggerfish do get bigger ( 13 lbs. All the ones I've caught, have been under 2 lbs. Still worth cleaning!
