Gabe, them are striped bass aka Stripers. I personally have caught them out of a lake in Virginia close too 40Lbs. They come out of the rivers too the lake. Very good eating as long as you get some of that red meat out. Put them in flour cornmeal and egg also some hot sauce is good. They are stripers tho not rock bass. You go to Lake Erie and tell them that-s a rock bass they would laugh you out of the boat. Rock bass aren-t much bigger than bluegill with red eyes. Good luck bro just thought I would tell you!

Gabe I've noticed you always talk about how much this food would cost but I don't think telling a kid how much she about to eat is the way to go. I love watching you but your cockeynees is starting to show more and more the longer you're doing these videos. Please just enjoy the outdoors and what God has blessed you with. Even Deermeat is becoming the same way. I hope you understand what I'm talking about.

I became a fan about 6 months ago and have been watching most of your videos. I'm still playing catch up, but glad I found a Striped Bass video since I fish/charter in the Northeast, Long Island, NY. But boy my friend. those aren't Striped Bass/Rock Fish. those are babies. when you get the time come visit us in Oct for some 30lb, 40lb & 50lb bass. Great job as usual, keep up the awesome videos.

Man as fisherman we should all know you should bleed your fish. Just as you you would bleed your deer or elk. The first think I do is cut the gills and put them in water for 5 then put them on ice
