When I was 17 living in North Palm Beach, I was driving over a bridge ( I think on PGA Blvd) at night and saw a school of large trout swirling under a light mounted below where those docks come out from under the bridge. All I had was a hand line. I used a fresh water fly and that hand line, rigged it up and crawled out on my hands and knees until I was just about over the school. Dropped it in there and caught one (28 inches. Couldn't catch another one, but I got that one.

Great what you said about the military i agree 100%. I have 2 kids in who im proud of and many famiy members. Thanks gabe for the videos. It would be awesome to go fishing with you and your brother and friends sometime that would be life changing

What is crazy about this video and that trout is when caught a trout that size when I was probably around the same age as him in st. Augustine on a yozuri crystal minnow white with an orange head

My cousin was married in st augustine don-t know if there specifically wasn-t there unfortunately not my choice I wanted to be there! Those are kinda like the crabs in pirates of Caribbean cool

SO PROUD y'all model excellent behavior in regards to the handling of 30 inch trout. Proper respect taught to children is the stuff that will preserve the life we were blessed with.

Hi Gabe! Awesome video! It would be cool if you took the barnacles off the sea turtle. It's rewarding to come home with some fish and still have the energy to cook it up

if you take ( the feathers) the edges of the fillet, you can use them for chum or bait, i've used them for both off the north jetty southwest Washington
