Catching HUNDREDS of AQUARIUM -FISH- out of a DRAINAGE -DITCH- Ryan: should put a few oscars in a tank. theyre truely amazing fish with an extraordinary personality and actually become part of the family which is cool. once they trust you theyll let you pet them, theyll turn over for belly rubs, theyll dance with you, theyll blow you kisses, if you wave theyll move their fins and head in a certain way to wave back. ive been a fish hobbyist for over 25 years and got my first oscars after i was 2 years into it and i will never not have an oscar in my tank until im dead: )

It's crazy how many Oscars are in there! I know that here in Metairie Louisiana we have giant Carp everywhere and they are big because no one fishes for them! I've also seen bass and all kinds of other different types of fish living in the Metairie canals! Then where the canals run into Lake Ponchatrain there are bass all over the entrances to the canals! And at certain times of the year the redfish in Lake Ponchatrain group up around those same canals feeding on bait fish! Anyway peace out bro!

I had no idea those were edible! Man they look like they are a ton of fun to catch! I got hooked on catching bluegill and crappie here in the Midwest on ultralight gear. My absolute favorite to catch is what we call a rock bass. They don't get real big, but man they are a hoot to catch. They fight like a fish a hundred times their size. They run deep, barrel roll, run under brush to pop the line, I've even known them to run into cracks in rock to keep you from catchin' 'em.

Have watched a few of your videos now---reminds me of the times with my Dad and Grandfather and the lessons I learned-- did not always appreciate what they were showing and teaching me 20-30 years ago, but as I have reached my mid-40s and see what they were doing and why they were doing it -to show and teach me appreciation for the Great Outdoors--I am blessed for my time with them and the memories I still have today-.

At 8: 14 Luke went in on Gramps for a good 30seconds & a few other times. just of what you showed. Could only imagine what was all said without the cameras. Lmfao

Great video once again. I miss doing that with my dad and grandpa. Don't miss the bats though. They would take our bait. Lol I don't see the link for the tumbler cup. That's so cool. I was just sitting here thinking of something like that. With Kelly having a shark and bluegabe with a elk or -. Thanks for the videos I really enjoy them.

Those gators sure got close to the boat. Sorry, but I'm a northerner and gators give me the willys! especially with those kids so close to the edge of the boat! Makes me shiver!
One thing's for sure, when Luke is around you're never lacking entertainment!

Grandpa said get away from the edge of the boat and he meant NOW! Big old hungry gator. When Gramps spoke I listened otherwise he-d knock me into place -- I miss him!
