The Brook Trout of Labrador are legendary and catching them on mayfly patterns is so much fun! In this classic video, Bill Spicer is visiting Osprey Lake Lodge in early June when the hatches are on and the fish are feeding! Sadly, the owner of this lodge has passed away and the lodge is no longer open to the public. Good to see you get loose line back on the fly reel.
Many people forget the only two items you have to fight fish on a fly rod is the reel drag and rod tip.
They must do the work, whether it is Trout or Muskie.
