Sure you have to be able to backcast but you also sometimes need the luck to hook and land a giant Brook Trout on a small stream! Colin McKeown is captured on video enjoying the best of all factors while fishing at the renowned Igloo Lake Lodge in Labrador. Unbelievable! www. igloolake. com or 1-877-SALMON4 (725-6664) Use a streamer like Colin: Jensen's show us how to do it

Looks like a WELL WORN USED fishing spot AND he's not fishing in the water but the Bank, looks built up man made ugh and gotta have a helper, 2 men to catch and the casting sucks, amateur. Needs to be by himself, possibly no net or at least netting himself in a pristine not every time duck and hair spot with easy level paved trail a few feet from the parking lot. This is crappy. No challenge.

I have been going to Igloo Lake yearly since 2014. It is definitely a special spot! The trout have been getting larger each season. A true testament that hook and release works! I would suggest to anyone who reads this that they should make a trip there themselves. You won't regret it!

80 years ago brookies bigger than this were everywhere then a holes overfished keeping all they caught and had massive fish frys. Keep only what you eat that day and not for freezer or to feed whole family. If they didn't catch and clean then they don't deserve it.

5000 dollars a for a week, yikes this sport is resevered for the wealthy it seems even in my area private lakes and areas of the rivers restricts the average joe from some of these magical opportunities.

Incredible brooke my best is 19 in a creek two feet wide. I think the brooke is one of the prettiest fish around and the tastiest. Especially out of a mountain stream, nice fish.

I can only catch them 6-10 inches. I couldn't imagine a 6 pounder like that! You are a true jedi with a fly rod. Cheers for the content!

What an awesome Brookie, had me on the edge of my seat esp on the first missed attempt to net it. Great area for Brookies too.
