Love Phil, but come on. .. 2008? Dry Fly -season- has come and gone on the U. C, it's almost November! Well ok, there is the October Caddis, but down here Most of USa are Swinging Wets/Streamers, even for those Caddis, here in 2021. I think the -New- 'New Fly Fisher' should do THEIR Takes on the U. 'C. on both sides of the border, for all the Seasons and All the techniques, 2-hand included. Granted the -Other-Canadian Vlog Brothers have covered IT many times - still lacking in the 2-hand approach. .. Don't Ya just love competition? Raises the Bar for all of us!

Have nymphed the Upper Columbia River and enjoyed your video. One thing I was surprised not mentioned) is that these trout have LARGE paddle tails and as such, will peel line off your six-weight no problem. Catching these fish is similar to steelhead fishing in that they run and you will have to fight them carefully. The trout here should be on everyone's bucket list. Curious what time of year you visited; I'd like to return when the dry bite is active. Peace.

Amazing, like always. I now wish this pandemic will go away so travailling is easier and safer and go exploring these beautiful rivers.
