You should definetly find someone with some bird dogs and hunt them that way. Nothing better then watching a bird dog do what it's born to do. I grew up in Texas hunting bobwhite quail with bird dogs. You'll have a heart attack walking up to flush a covey a dogs pointing and 20 birds flushing up under your feet.

Dude right on! Here's a catch and cook recipe for ya! Take the breasts, butterfly them, stuff with cream cheese and jalepenos or banana peppers, and wrap them in bacon! Smoke them or do them on the BBQ! Honestly to die for! Well done buddy keep it up!

I love eating and hunting them we have a fu here in VA I use a 22 or 410 12 or 20 ga! If ur state allows it best way is stock roads but here in VA we got be 100 yards from road to shoot! Awesome video thi

Northern Alberta here, plenty ruffles and sprucies. Ruger 10/22 is my weapon of choice. Great sport picking them off in the head or neck, even greater eating. Can't beat grouse stew.

You should sit in the woods in the spring, around turkey season. You'll hear the grouse beating their wings all morning. Sounds like a tractor starting up, can't miss it!

You should try pheasant hunting! usually they won't let you sneak up on them like that. With a pointing bird dog like a wirehair (I have one) is an absolute blast!

Just stumbled across this, the bird it all started with for me. Now I track all over eastern alberta for sharptail, pheasant, and huns. Fun times
