Hello Mr Siemens sorry Im a little late to join the party. Catching up on all your educational, inspirational, comical & entertain. ical content. Just wondering if you might be creating a Spring/Summer info series as well. Really interested in the rain suit and gear you wear. I have a hard time finding a happy balance between water proof and sweating in my suit, or breathable and leaching water through the suit. Either way usually come off the lake soaked lol

Nice video Jay! We have been out and about in our kayaks are here since all the boat launches are shut down. I flipped mine and lost my phone in 40-degree water last week, learned a few things about rigging and preparation the hard way! Glad I had my life jacket on for sure!

Jay i dream about living and fishing in places you do. ive been to canada a few times and absolutely loved catching smallies pike walleye and the occasional rocky out of a place called crotch lake and morrows cottages in ontario. some day i wanna live in ontario or manitoba

Holy f man my grandpa and i fish in a 10 foot jon boat with a trolling motor and a tiny fish finder and your average 12v battery. then you pop out with a kayak that has a dakota battery that probabaly costs more than my grandpa and is whole rig

ice went out a few days ago on my lake and went and caught some lakers from shore last weekend going again this weekend and hopefully they will be up shallow then but nice smallie also are they active on some lakes yet?

Way to stick with it. We have an early catch and release season in N. Y. and have been absolutely hammering giant smallies on the upper niagara. Walleye opens in two days. Can't wait. Thanks Jay. Stay safe bud!

Thanks for posting this Jay. I'm not optimistic about being able to get back home to Canada to fish this summer and will need to fish vicariously through these vids. Stay safe and healthy.
