Im over in Maine and deer season has started so I havent been able to go fishing as much. We have had some days in the low 30s with frost but recently its been much warmer and in the mid 40s consistently. The water temp is right about 48 degrees or so and Im just curious what lures you recommend for water this cold. guessing some of which you used in this video but just curious what you think.

In a tournament, moving your bait with your trolling motor is illegal. It is still considered trolling. However, there is a tactic called long lining where you can cast out your bait and use your trolling motor to get more line out. Then you can retrieve it. It's mainly done with crank baits to get them deeper.

Just found the weight size- duh lol. Enjoyed this vid a bit more, do to the fact that you caught'em in colder water. I'll be bass fishing in 41-53Ish water until march now. Cold water videos hit home for me right now. Thx

It would be cool to see a video where Flair uses his skills against strange lures. Kinda like Jon B and 1rod. But get creative and see how you pair up when all you can use is a trebbled spoon, legless topwater frog, etc.

what made you drag a craw instead of Carolina rigging or a finesse version like a split shot rig? what situation on the lake would make you switch to finesse tactics? isn't cold weather like what you are in right now?
