I think you should have installed chicken wire on top of the enclosure, before you put the tarp on. Raccoons can drop down from trees, or even most likely climb up the chicken wire, and tear through that tarp with their claws. They are some sneaky sob's. They can rip open aluminum parts of your roof and climb inside easily, I don't think a bare tarp is going to easily stop them. Also, they can learn to open simple latches too.

The birds can go outside with no heat when they are fully feathered. Normally around 16 weeks old. Then they have to be separate from your current chickens until they get used to each other. I use a wire cage in the run to separate them but allow them to interact through the wire

The wheels. . shops will use an impact to install the wheels so an impact will usually be necessary to remove the lugnuts. Check all the wheels and use a thin film of grease on the threads and acorn of the lugnuts so the next time it's easier

One of yall needs to learn how to weld. You can build the enclosure similar to the one at Tractor Supply for one fourth the cost out of better material. As an added bonus you will be forced to plan ahead.

Husband said the reason your tire was stuck on is because it's hub centric? He has the same problem on his Cummins, has to beat the tires off every season (snows to summers, summers to snows)
