So. You misread the regulations, get caught (admitted that you were in the wrong, and get fined. Then you get your panties in a bunch about your inability to read and take it to court over 195. Proceeding to claim that the DNR has a conspiracy going to fine people hunting illegally. You weren't supposed to be there in the first place. Why would they need to babysit that boat ramp or any other for that matter. Yeah the dropped the charges, wasn't worth wasting 10x the taxpayer dollars to get the 390 out of both of you. Your title says deleting soon, you should for your own sake. All your doing is showing off your ignorance and lackluster comprehension skills.

That is a good point about them highlighting a change like that. I highly doubt they waited though just to catch people in the act. I have no clue how fish and game operates up there but here in Texas there is typically two game wardens per county and there is absolutely no way they can cover all of their territory in a day on opening season. Chances are they started somewhere else earlier that morning and that was a coincidence that y'all just happen to be leaving by the time they got to you guys. But overall i'd agree that it is something to go to court over in order to show how important it is to highlight a major zone change like that.

Little late to this party 1) its not LEs job to sit at a boat ramp to stop you from putting your boat in2) it is YOUR responsibility as the hunter/angler to KNOW the regs and changes3) in the PNW it is very common for us to carry the free reg books on us or have them on our phones in PDF form so you can verify in the field 4) if the picture from the year prior and the current year are totally different how can they make it more obvious? Lesson learned. Read the damn regs every single year

Game and Fish and National Forest are brown coat agencies that think they have authority over all man, woman, child and creature as if they are some stewards of life. They are nothing more than a corporation working for big oil and gas selling off our public lands to big oil and mineral mining companies. They are harassing ranchers, farmers and civilians, they are rogue and need to be defunded and dismantled and put under investigation for acts of vandalism, extortion and treason.

Whether or not they changed the regulations, it is YOUR duty as a hunter in the area to read the rules and changes EVERY year to make sure you are doing the right thing. Nowhere in the SOP of the DNR does it state that they have to notify you of changes. It is YOUR responsibility. You seem like a spoiled brat saying you where going to take them to court to raise awareness. No the raising awareness is done by you doing due diligence and reading the rules and regs for the area.

Come try hunting in ontario theres 70 some odd zones literally one side of the country road is this zone but the bush on the other side is another zone. Now depending what kind of hunting your doing depends on hunting seasons same thing your talking about but some of the tags and licenses are specified per zone so you have to watch where you are if your hunting close to the borders.

They dropped the charges because they risk losing and being forced to change their regulations, the way they describe them on their site, and/or the way they enforce them. In short their cash cow dies. Charges dropped however, you go away and they continue to financially molest other people with the same intentional web of profitable confusion.

I have had this problem before. I was out for opening day of deer season with my dad. I was in the blind he was in the stand. A wildlife officer came in and checked out licenses. Everything was up to date except the book said we were in zone 14 but opening day wasnt until the next day. They need to really keep up yo date with these books
