theres an old school Chinese way to terrace farm flooded sections, where you basically make clay baseballs, fill em with seed like press em into the exterior slightly with a stick. then toss em in the flooded section, the roots fill up the balls core and eventually anchor the plant to the floor. but you could plant spotty millet sections with this method. granted the Chinese rice and millet fields this was done in was like 10ft by 100ft so you could toss across the span easily enough with patience.

you do need to buy a big cheap jon boat and then trick it out a bit then take some road trips to random huge impoundments or maybe better some long floats (what else do you want to do in dog days other than float down a river and have epic fishing) - catch and cook etc #bass tracker 3 #diverse watersheds #top 10 floats

Flair just so you know a 20 lbs flathead will eat a 12 inch bullhead. So the one you threw back was on the lower end of the size of bullhead you use.
