Ive been watching a lot of your older videos and came across this ita a niffty way of fishing them. The comments tho wow people need to relax there is no difference in this and bow fishing or spearing suckers which is very popular where I am from. But I do agree they do taste pretty good. We mostly have our pickled and always turns out good.

late, but, i like these videos. popular youtuber breaking the taboo of trash fish. I love fishing, and I respect all fish, even if theyre trash. i cant stand the guys who hooks one and throws them to shore, letting it die slowly. Bastards shouldn't even get to fish!

If you say you are snagging those fishes in Arkansas, you need to read Arkansas Game and Fishes regulation again. For what I've know, Arkansas only allow to snagging fishes 100 yards from a dam. In addition, do you know that Arkansas have season for those sucker?

Snagging is legal here so whether or not you agree with it, there is no difference between this and spearfishing. If you want a cause to go sjw about, try something much more worthy, like baby seal clubbing or cutting fins off sharks for soup.

I've always seen the Orientals catch them.
So i tryed a few times and did catch some with bait.
Try the ribs deep fry like pork rinds.
And the felays deep fry too.

Me and by dad both caught a sucker fish a couple of weeks ago on just a regular ol sinker hook and worm
Ive caught 3-5 my whole life (17yrs) I like them theyre cool looking

Thats how we collect bunker (menhaden) for bait in NY/NJ except they are in thick schools so it's a bit easier (assuming you have a school in front of you.
