2 Things You Need to Have
video description
I had a stroke September 2004, complete left side paralysis initially and made a more than 90% recovery
I had a cardiac arrest (heart stopped) April 2006, for a few minutes (I think, my heart muscle has a serious malfunction.
I had a pacemaker failure and massive bacterial infection inside the heart (Endocarditis) November 2007, this was the most serious of the 3, took a long time to recover and further reduced the hearts performance quite a lot.
From my experience I'd say positive mental attitude has a very big role in making me survive the medical rollercoaster, don't worry about anything treat it all as an event that has to be dealt with and be as patient a patient as you can possibly be, some events just take time to process.
The impression I get is you've pretty much got that attitude already.
BIG THUMBS UP!

I agree with you on positive attitude but with your spirit with God if you believe hes in your life. Personal battles and demeans in your life have that latch down character. Ive been alone for 13 years as a human, spiritually Ive never been without my faith in Christ.
LFG you and OSG with Emma helps me know when the time comes Ill have my life in order. Winston was my Cujo now as you they moved on, they were that extension of our life. So keep your mojo going on.

15 lbs of lean mass is a big goal and probably a little high. Legs, back and core would probably be beneficial especially post surgery. Consult a personal trainer and get a plan, you're probably a little rusty with weight training and I'm sure a good personal trainer will get you where you want to be soon. Best of luck.

+LakeForkGuy I have a idea for a video for u when u get well. The idea is kids fishing. U get a bunch of kids and their parents out and u build your own rods out of fresh bendy sticks and attach a line to it and do some creek bobber fishing for small fish to get kids into fishing and do it with a ultra low cost.

You are so blessed to have a lovely wife and dietitian to take care of you. I see a lot folks giving advice but you can contact a lady i know east of kansas city. Jackie Sheppard could really help you with your health situation. She is on facebook and lives in Greenwood, Missouri.

I started watching you when I was in the hospital! You and your wife inspired my wife and I to try our first video on our wedding anniversary but the audio is off.
People always walking in our shot. Hats off to you. It is not as easy as it looks.
