well it's like this, if yu need meat you take what tool will get it done. rifle? you can sit back further not to spoke the deer. heck we seem to do it with out bait. taged out with two extra doe.

I love bow hunting but, if it's getting down to crunch time, it's time for the smoke-pole! But, that's why i try to kill a doe early. Then i can sit with the bow the rest of the season.

Meat is meat either with a bow or rifle but I can see where a bow means more cause it s more difficult then a rifle but whatever makes you happy is what matters
