In this catch, clean and cook I prepare some fresh kingfish otherwise known as king mackerel in a fish curry recipe. We caught the kingfish while fishing offshore in South Florida, with live bait. Kingfish are great to eat, but best eaten fresh and never frozen as they get very fishy in the freezer! Try this kingfish curry recipe, it was a fun cooking experience and certainly a way to spice up any fish dish! Check out the full recipe Below!

Hi Victor and Brook,
Weather looks amazing there. Can you believe that here in UK the guys can't show Fish Gutting on their uploads. This is madness. Eating is a basic life function and if you can't show how to prepare Fish which the Health Service here recommend we eat several times a week then how on Earth are folk going to know. Buy it out a Tin?
I love King Prawn Curry with Fried Rice Chinese Style.
You certainly eat very healthy mate and i wish i lived over there away from this backward country that is the UK. We have lost the plot mate.

Good content guys! Hey victor the more you use that sharpener it will get better you do have to keep pressure the whole way through each time you sharpen your knife I'm a stone guy myself but those sharpeners are nice for fillet knives (quicker)

Once again Victor, curry sauce should have curry powder in it I think. Would add extra good flavor. Dont need garlic powder when you have fresh garlic in it! Otherwise a good video. Keep them coming & expand your skills even more.

Awesome vid man! I clean Kongs like a catfish. Cut very shallow around the whole filet, grab a pair of pliers an peel the skin off, then cut off the filet. To me it makes it easier because like you said, it is a very soft meat.

Hey brotha! Once again very well done!
Viktor question my friend, on most of your fishin rods especially braided lines what is your preferred brand? Ever use kastking braided lines? Thoughts? Thank you for your input.

My first YouTube comment. love your videos! Never had kingfish but we do a wahoo curry with the fish cut into 1 cubes and added raw to the curry about 20 mins from the end. Adds good flavour to the gravy too.

If ur trying to chop ginger into fine pieces just cut the ginger into large cubes and use the side of the knife to smack it against the cutting board its way easier to chop up
