Inspiring and fun to watch. What a great day for you guys. I m from Newfoundland and we are not permitted to catch lobsters this way, lobster is a big source of income for lots of people. We are permitted to collect scallops. I was home on holidays one year and was invited out with friends and family as it is a team game. Lots of work, two divers in dry suits/tanks two people in boat pulling up bags others shucking, kids running around and causing havoc. Hand picking scallops in shallow water where the commercial drag gets don t go allows for picking the prime ones. I m talking about side plate sized shells with near hockey puck sized meat. Amazing eaten right out of the shell, from pristine water in coastal nfld. As with your crew, it s an occasional recreational activity and a memorable day out on the bay. Your videos are an excellent source for ideas and entertaining. big thumbs up to you guys!

Hey gang, I enjoy your family videos tremendously. Fishing, shellfishing, diving, and preparing our catch were always a family affair. My grandfather was the ringleader, and organized impromptu family parties based on the catch of the day. These are the memories I cherish. Thank you for sharing your family fishing and eating adventures. Peace and good health to you and your family.

A question with suposive Mercury in ocean fish. How many times a week or month do you eat fish. Would you eat fish say 5 days a week. With all the various recipes you make I am sure I could eat seafood 5 times a week without repeating, maybe for a month. COULD the Mercury be harmful? I don't know because we have fish once a week when my kids catches, fish to expensive to buy.

I wonder if Brook's net would be good for catching crabs as well. Or if a traditional crab trap works better. I'm really interested in the net but I'm new to fishing and crabbing. Anyway, absolutely love the content! It inspires me to try out new recipes and methods in the kiten and go fishing/crabbing myself.

Im all about living from the ocean but this doesn't seem suitable and from my experience cleaning out a rock just means nothing to come back to later. Up to you how your rules regulate your bag limits but i want my kids to be able to experience living from the ocean

Love the net. Just a suggestion. You guys might want to think about making a standard fishing net in various sizes out of that acrylic. I'm sure there are thousands of fishermen who would pay good for a net that never rusts or corrodes.

I forgot what video it was, but you were talking about a fish having really big ribs, i think it was the copper tone gag grouper ccc, and i was thinking, instead of throughing the the ribs out, cook them like you would normal ribs

That s the first thing I notice in the video. the shape of the nets allows for maneuvering easily between rocks. you don t have to sell it, anyone that s been diving for bugs, knows this net is badass. good job guys

You need to put a brand name on the net and design and a patent pending on it. Call it now! Otherwise people are going to swipe that design up very quickly.
Best of luck!
