Lil tip bro when you are doing tataki or wanting to slice seared fish. Before you sear put a chopstick on either side of the fillet and pre slice it almost all the way through then dip in your sesame seeds and sear away. A serious game changer.

Hell yeah Rainbow Runner is always a treat, especially as sashimi. Brooo 22: 05 it s not a saw use the full length of the blade, starting from the heel of the knife all the way to the tip in one slice
