GIANT PREHISTORIC TRIPLETAIL! Catch Clean Cook (Tampa Bay Buoy Fishing) lior: Very nice fish. it is very rare in the Mediterranean basin. I'm not sure about your theory that this fish pretends itself as a floating object for protecttion but as far as I know and seeing it alive while spearfising, the fish does this floatig so small fish will try to find shelter beneath it and then it eats them!

I just sold two houses close to Tampa Bay and fished off the piers on Anna Maria Island. It is nice to see someone doing well fishing the Bay. The past couple of years have been tough with red tide and industrial chemical dumps doing a number on the fish. Hopefully the fishery will rebound as the seasons change. Your Snapper and Triple tail looked great

That knife is genius! That is some fine blackfish y all, believe it or not we had a local charter captain catch a 26lb tripletail last week with a 12 Spanish mackerel in its stomach. It was crazy

You need to open a exclusive restaurant where you serve just a few people a day with whatever you catch that day. You could charge a 100 to 150 a plate and you would be sold out seven days a week.

I remember around 5 years ago I caught a legal tripletail from cape Canaveral just soaking the bottom. Was one of the crazier catches ive had in my life. Also the best tasting!

Your fishing skills and knowledge about fishing are in second place when compared to your cooking skills. What an amazing looking meal! You never disappoint!

There better be some of those flat guys in their. Enjoy yourself, stay safe, and I can't wait to see what you get, and even better how you cook it.

Thank you for fishing Tampa! I m moving to Bradenton in a week from VA so the inside scoop for fishing before I move down is really helpful!
