After a long day of work, I decided to make something a little different! I took Wild Turkey Breast and cubes of Venison Back strap and made some delicious Shish Kebabs. To liven them up, I added baby bella mushrooms and sweet peppers. In addition to the Kebabs, I made a special rice dish using chicken stock and delicious squash in a grill pan! it was very easy, but tasted like a million bucks!

excellent vid i like the combo of turkey meat with deermeat idea. just a tip wooden skewers are cool for cooking on a grill but you should invest in some metal skewers wether you are cooking in the outdoors over coals or on a grill ot home the metal skewers cook the meat from the inside when they heatup that way you dont have to char the meat on the suface to make sure its fully cooked (imoprtant specially if youre cooking birds meat. but yeah awesome vid. thumbs up bro

Sprinkle little garlic powder in addition to the other spices on squash, good. or take a yellow onion slice half into spray butter spray then dust cut side in seasoned salt place cut side down on grill. Great with steak, do grilled green peppers same way. yum, yum, yum. love you guy videos. God Bless.

Please scrape out rice that sticks in measuring cup. That amount could feed a hungry person with a small appetite. Better yet put it into a separate like the other ingredients. Waste not. I commend for husbanding the bounty He has showered upon you and yours. LOL. Paula Jo

I never used to use olive oil either. now its in most of my cooking. I have also been playing with infused oil as of late, you should try it, rosemary on venison is incredible

olive oil works real well on the grill if you clean it then just paint it on with a cooking brush just before you cook and it helps cleaning it later.
