About that rescued bird. So many people who are anti hunting and fishing (we're praying for you) can't imagine a bloodthirsty hunter saving a bird in the ocean. We love nature! When early scouting for deer in Mid TN (public land with no homes around) I caught a parakeet on one trip which ended up living with my wife's mom. The bird had a heart murmur and had to be treated with medicine as long as he lived. That same late summer I brought home four seven week old pups that had been abandoned. Idiots! And found homes for each of them. After a morning deer hunt 60 miles from the last spot I discovered a dumped momma with two pups seven or eight weeks old. I snatched the pups and put them in the truck bed. Momma stayed close but wouldn't let me touch her. Finally I risked a bite by bum rushing her. Five minutes on the road and she was in my lap. The mother was adopted first and then the babies. Aren't hunters horrible.

Oh my gosh, your dogs remind me so much of mine. I have 2 border collies though. One (dexter) is a black and white, and the other (jasper) is a blue merle. Look so much like yours!

What is that yellow stuff floating in the ocean? We have seen that all over while on a cruise at least 3 times in varying amounts.
