Luckily I have a few friends and family members that hunt, I don't, venison is by far one of my favorite meats in this world, and I am a straight up carnivore. Someone, sometimes a couple people always hook me up. Chops, steak, stew, chili, SO good so many ways. Getting close to that time of year, hope they have a lot of luck. Sometimes I end up with a week or two of meals, God I love Venison. Fresh fish is also one of my favorite foods, No one in my family hunts or fishes, wish I would have learned how, amazing food and I love nature. The dish with the shrimp has to be absolutely amazing, gonna try that this year, my mouth is literally watering.

walleye is a very tasty fish! a big fish up in cleveland. salt, pepper, garlic, butter and lemon. no other seasonings! seal it up in foil and put on the grill. cant go wrong! best eating. next to lake erie pearch!
