I love your Passion for hunting, your strong and positive Outlook on life and your love for your Family and nature. Wild meats are much healthier due to more beneficial fatty acid structures (high Omega 3, low Omega 6, no archidonic acid (farm raised, more Minerals (higher selenium, vitamins, less fat compared to farmraised. It hurts me to see for you and your Family that you then often times fry the highest Quality meats in the world in very unhealthy oils (Omega 6 is very unhealthy, lowers sperm Count, testosterone etc) and flour (White flour is very unhealthy due to glycation effect, ages your Skin, lowers testosterone etc. Your ancestors didn't have These Options which is why your Body can't handle such additions to the Food. To be constructive and Focus on help I would suggest you to utilize more low temperature Smoking (keeps Enzymes, Vitamins etc. alive, more sashimi style (that was awesome what you did with ginger etc) and also some fire grilled. Also your spices are horrible for your health due to poisonous additions. Better is just seasalt. You can use raw organic coconut oil or wild animal fat to cook. Those fats have better fatty acid structures (no Omega 6, more Omega 3, no archidonic acid (farm raised) to scratch the Surface here. All the best to you and your Family.

Good lord. Thats how i love my fish cooked, give me that breaded hogfish and lobster tail and a big glob of tartar sauce and make some jumbo shrimp exactly the same way but with a bit of coctail sauce dip, and friends im in heaven. I mostly use flounder, tilapia, trout and shrimp, cause hogfish and lobster is hard to come by in the Appalachian mountains of north carolina, and its super high priced. Rob i want to see a orange ruffy clean and cook please and halibut
