What a perfect day! I cant wait to make it back to florida. Never saltwater fished and I need to. Are you coming back to Michigan for ice fishing this year? I suggest Gull lake. Slay the pike during the day and catch your fill of smelt at night. Id love to take you out!

I fish in quepos mostly. when this pandemic is over, my dream is for you to go to marina pez vela, do a catch clean cook, on a species that you have not done it on. Though i protect roosters. Thanks, keep up the good work! Stay safe!

I do believe you have the gaffstop catfish (sail cat) confused with the hardhead catfish. Sailcats are delicious! Sailcats are more of a live bait eater than its distance cousin the hard head catfish that eats whatever it can get.

Heavy cream and lemon zest and lemon juice would've been perfect in that sauce. And just a tiny bit of Parmesan cheese on top of that fish.
