I seem to be a little behind on all of your videos but ill say its great to see the wide variety and the great introduction to everglades seasonings also the prep and understanding of wild game meat is unbelievable but im more than happy for a few pointers.

The meal looks delicious, love pan seared salmon and asparagus. I've undergone some health issues in the past 2 years and have had to go on a no sodium diet myself. Believe me it's not easy to do. Anyway congratulations on the birth of your beautiful baby and keep up the good work that you do. God Bless.

You could of kept the skin on the salmon, score the salmon, and fry it skin side down about 75% of the cooking time, then turn the salmon on the skin side to finish cooking.
The skin will be very crispy, and so good.
