Flir Thermal Hog hunt for family in need. Catch n' Cook James: Giving to those who need it when you can is the best feeling there is! Two Thanksgivings ago, my Chapter of my motorcycle club, US Military Vets MC, heard that the organization that had promised the National Guard in Opa Locka they would supply 38 Thanksgiving dinners for Junior Enlisted families, had to back out a few days before Thanksgiving. Man, what a bummer! So, being a non profit organization, we all headed out, got a few donations by Wednesday, promised ourselves to get enough to pay for it all, later, and went to Walmart, son! There's a video of the food line on my Facebook, with some of the incredibly happy faces whose families had a little better Thanksgiving because of us. They were EXTREMELY grateful! Anyone who's ever served in our military knows that the pay SUCKS! I even qualified for food stamps in '79 to help feed my son and (then) wife.
But the real point is, it's probably selfish and maybe even a bit narcissistic and self-absorbed to relish the fact that you helped people who REALLY NEED it, with no expectation of reward. but I can't stop because it because it feels SO good! Philanthropy ROCKS!

Rob, can you do a video about the types of animals in your ranch? It will be fun to see them: ). Some asian style cooking with averglades again lol. I think you have a problem with the heat to the wok. For frying, if you use a gas stove, it will be easier to control the heat indirectly to the food. If you have a quick high heat stir fry to the meat, then the outer part of the meat will be cooked rather than the inside and this will make them not too tough because you're cooking them 3 times, first with the veg, second with eggs and third with the rice. Rice still soggy, I wondered did you cook the rice the night before and put it into the fridge for frying the next day?

I made this for dinner tonight. Obviously not fresh boar, just cubed pork. Not half bad but to me it would have been better with sesame seed oil. Tasted kind of bland, yes I used Everglades all purpose seasoning!
