WALLEYE over Camp Fire on REMOTE ISLAND Catch Clean Cook Silent: I have been watching dmfd videos for idk how long. I actually learned many cooking techniques from watching you. I was finally able to get my hands on a set of your Everglades seasoning. The one in the green bottle is like a piece of southern goodness that I cant describe. They all are really good but that particular one is my favorite. Im in the military and I have visted many countries and seen a lot of amazing things and met many different people but meeting such a wonderful outdoorsman like yourself would definitely be a highlight of my career. I love and respect everything you stand for and how you show appreciation for mother nature its truly a thing of beauty. I told my wife my next purchase has to be one of your amazing stag knifes. Many blessings to you and your beautiful family. Always looking forward to watching your videos. Stay blessed.

The fish is pickerel, not perch. I used to make a 3 container out of tin foil; wit whole mud (bull) pout catfish with butter, onions, bacon, spices in the biggest part of the formed container, chopped, seasoned potatoes in another and half a corn with butter 'n salt in the last. Seal tight and cook on the coals. Known as cat-in-the-bag in the Ottawa/Madawaska River area.

I think is so cool your up fishing where I grew up and live. I watch all your videos and the humbleness you bring to my area I just love it. Keep what your doing man I appreciate every video you produce to teach us not only the catch, clean and cook but the respect you have for every place you are.

Brother. Did no one ever tell you about the walleye cheeks. I was waiting and hoping you would say it. The cheeks are the filet mignon of walleye.

You need to go to Flin Flon Manitoba, Canada they have huge trouble up there, lodges and great water up there. Check it out sometime.
