Making Gravy is a household tradition! Here's mine! Brian: I'm surprised you don't make a roux so the four is cooked first before adding it to your turkey stock? I always take some fat from around the cavity opening and sometimes the tail and render it down then adding my flour to the rendered or melted fat, then adding that to my browned giblets and stock making the most rich and flavorful gravy. But like the old saying goes, there's more than one way to skin a cat. LOL. That you and God Bless the three of you.

I congratulate you for the great work you do in the kitchen, you do it better than many others chef that work every day in the kitchen, when you want recipes from the kitchen of Puerto Rico, let me know, it would be a pleasure to share with you. Happy thanksgiving day for you and Sarah!

My grandmothers recipe shredded the meat off necks with a fork after braising them in the stock and all the meat trimmings tossed in before blending. I think it was that depression era of not wasting anything that was brought out by this. Best gravy I have ever had. Happy Thanksgiving!

Made my Grannies giblet gravy with her chicken dressing. House was full of smells that it reminded me of family dinners at her house. Shes been gone now for over 15 years but the smells remind me of those days long gone. I hope the memories are flowing with your family.

Did a good job, my fellow Floridian, but ya gotta throw in the boiled eggs!
Or, canned oysters are good, too. Actually, oysters are really nice in dressing as well.
Overall, I'll give ya an 8. 5.
You know what you're doing.
You've got skills.

I was able to find some Everglades in a store near my home. Cant use a lot yet as wife cant have a lot of sodium. The Cactus Smoke is awesome on steaks and the original blend is fantastic on fried or scrambled eggs! This stuff is good!

I like that you show that you can cook on a electric stove and still make great food. Almost all the other cooking videos you see are on restaurant grade stoves. Thanks for keeping it real. Happy Thanksgiving.

Yum, went into the recipe bag. I just winged it with the neck and heart, liver, gizzard etc. Turned out good and my wife even ate it knowing what was in it. :)
