Rob I just got to see life would have been so much easier if I would have had one of those silver stag for late knives back in the 80s and 90s when I lived in Alaska when I was cleaning all of those thousands of salmon and halibut. Somehow I'm going to have to save up my lunch money and get me a couple of those knives. When I can afford it I plan on getting the set the fillet knife and the skinning knife with the gut hook because a good knife is like a good tool when used right makes your job a whole lot easier.

Robert, you re nothing but a legend. You re inspiring me to do my own catch clean cook. And the only thing I m lacking is a good fillet knife. Even with that, I m liking the catch video, detailed cleaning video, and full cooking video style you re experimenting with.
