Giant Wild Boar Catch Clean Cook Home-Made Argentinian Chorizo Jon: Dang! Make my mouth water like that. Brings me back to my early days watching my dad and hunting buddies make smoked Kielbasa from the deer meat trimmings from the fall's harvest. Many a Sunday morning's breakfast had that sitting next to a couple eggs and sourdough pancakes. Fond memories and thanks Rob for dredging it up.

I'm a little bummed, because I just had my appendix removed on Tuesday, so I am unfortunately going to miss opening gun for deer at our hunt camp in GA. So even though I might not be hunting, I am glad to see someone still harvest something after putting the time, effort, and practice into it and have it pay off.

Looks like that sausage was really good. Was hoping to see a recipe for the sausages but didn t find it with any of your other links. I really appreciate you sharing the silver stag knives with your viewers. I now have 3 of the silver stag knives and I m really attached/like these knives.

Love the family stuff so much more that anything else. I know that Sarah has some issues with being sea sick but PLEASE keep taking those babies. I also notice that your older brother takes his daughter spear diving all the time. Family time is so important!

As an Argentinian, I'm proud to see my country's food been eaten in other parts of the world, they were perfectly made by Sebastian, the only thing that you should have done its eat them with chimichurri, ask Sebastian what is that

Been processing my own game for years but love trying new recipes. You said the recipe would be in the description but it s not, if it s some family secret I completely understand. If not PLEASE drop the recipe for us all to enjoy.

Missing that recipe in the description, I'd love to know what is in Argentinian spices, and whether you use sweet or smoked paprika!
Also some wonderful shots Sarah, well done!
