G'day Robert. Seeing you pour the concrete I see you don't have any rebar mesh. Does that meet your local regulations and not only that it really helps with not cracking and moving.
In Australia we use rebar mesh 1 as part of local council regulations. Is there something to that?

You are building my dream place exactly like I would want it too. Maybe not as big, just want to be able to pull the truck and boat into a drive-thru barn, wash it and lock the doors. A big covered space for other toys too!

Wow, huge driveway, a lot of concrete. So expensive over here in Oz. About 12, 000 for a 50mm thick 12m long driveway. I d be shocked at the price of that bad boy.

I live up north and we typically use rebar in our concrete pours. is this normal to pour concrete driveways in Florida without any sort of rebar?

Why do you have an above ground pool? You should definitely put in an in ground I don t know if that s part of your plan but it should be.
